Rental Car Physical Damage Claim

Important: As outlined in your policy, this policy covers losses for which you may be liable, resulting from physical loss or damage anywhere in the world to a rental car while under your care and control. Please note we are in excess of any other coverage you may have, such as credit card company provided the car rental was paid by the credit card which may have benefits. Please file your claim with the credit card company(if applicable) for review and reimbursement. Should there be any outstanding amounts due to you, we would require proof of their reimbursement or denial from them for all expenses incurred. To pursue your claim for losses under your Rental Car Physical Damage coverage:

  1. Please print and fully complete the CLAIM AND AUTHORIZATION FORM. Once completed, sign a copy of the form, and then mail the form, along with all supporting documents noted below, to the Claims office.
